mrs. brady: multi-age (2nd-8th Grade) Teacher
Mrs. Nina Brady was born in Territorial Alaska and raised along its railbelt. She is a product of both home-school and one-room-school elementary education. Her higher education was acquired from the University of Dayton along with the many influential, learned adults, and the many students in her life.
One-room, multi-age classroom teaching for Mrs. Brady was started by parental request and their involvement in 1991, and she has continued in it to the present day. In 2010, she began teaching at AMC. Mrs. Brady enjoys reading, designing curriculum, watching sourdough bubbles do their thing, and observing spiders spin their webs. She enjoys time spent in customizing carpentry projects and spending time with family and friends. Out of her many enjoyable years comes her awareness that we become good at what we practice. Her suggestion: Decide what you want to achieve and then practice, practice, practice whatever is needed to get there!
